Weddings

The Midland Railway Centre is now licensed to hold weddings and has already carried out a number of services as well as providing the wedding reception on the train. You can hold your wedding in the Booking Hall at Butterley or in the Museum at Swanwick or in the Demonstration Signal Box. You cannot however (because of the law) hold it in the Church at Swanwick although you can have a blessing ceremony in there if you wish.

If you are interested in getting married at the Centre (or just in holding your wedding reception here) please leave your details at Butterley Railway Station so that we can get in touch to arrange this very special day for you or contact us through this Web Site.
